③ Available Sizes (Standard Range)
- Thickness: 0.3–60 mm
- Width: ≤ 2000 mm
- Form: circle / sheet / plate / disc / slit strip on request
- Surface: 2B · BA · No.1 · No.4 · HL · 8K on request
④ Applicable Standards
ASTM A240 · EN 10088-2 · JIS G4304/4305 · GB/T 3280
⑤ Typical Applications
Thick-walled welded components, large tanks, chemical equipment, pipelines, welded structures without post-weld heat treatment
⑥ Substitution and Selection Guidelines
Slightly lower strength than 304, but better resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. Where solution annealing after welding is applied, 304 is sufficient.
Chemical and mechanical data quoted from the public ASTM A240 standard. Available sizes are standard ranges; the contract and technical agreement shall prevail.
